Located right at the entrance to the harbor, the apartment has a big terrace facing the sea. Equipped with a table, four seats and two lounge chairs, you can enjoy the view from sunrise to sunset. You can go for a swim in the sea which is only a few meters away.

The new, modern beach path offers the opportunity to go for a walk by the sea directly from the apartment. It is a nice 30 minute walk to San Blas with a supermarket and lots of restaurant. Los Abrigos is also very close. In the other direction the path leads you to a fascinating natural reserve.

Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner – everything is easy in this kitchen. You’ll find everything you use at home – and more. Oven, microwave, pans and pots, the luxury of a dishwasher, a citrus press for fresh orange juice and three different ways to prepare coffee…

We also think about the environment: you don’t have to buy water in one-way plastic bottles. The tap water becomes delicious drinking water by using Brita filters, which we provide.

If you’ve had enough of the sea view, you can watch 100’s of programs on the satellite TV. The fast and reliable WiFi also allows you to work. On prior request, we can provide a monitor with keyboard. The sofa can be folded out into a 140 cm wide sofa bed.

Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. What more can you ask for?

The double bed is 160*200 cm and consists of two individual mattresses, which are connected by a cover to form a lying surface. A single duvet is available for each person.

The appartement has been completely refurbished. So you can enjoy a modern bathroom and start the day with a refreshing shower.

Of course you will also find a hairdryer and for the washing machine there is a seperate utility room.

In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach two beautiful 18-hole golf courses. Enjoy the seaviews, the big fast greens and (sometimes) the challenges that the wind will present to you.
